1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by Noolabs Trading Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12401446), with its registered office at St James House, 65 Mere Green Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B75 5BY

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Noolabs Trading Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Only one entrant per household is permitted.

3. Promotion Period

The competition begins on 23rd July 2025 and ends on 18th August 2025 (“Promotion Period”). If fewer than 1,000 unique entrants have entered by the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition period by up to 30 additional days (until no later than 17th September 2025). Any changes will be announced on https://www.noobru.com.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Automatic Entry via Purchase

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers who make qualifying purchases through https://www.noobru.com will automatically receive entries. The number of entries per product will be clearly displayed on each product page.

Multiple purchases during the promotional window will result in multiple entries. All qualifying entries must be received by the closing date.

4.2 Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten postcard including their full name, email address, mobile number, and UK postal address to:

Each postcard must meet all of the following requirements:

Handwritten in blue ink
Written personally by the entrant (no one may write or submit on behalf of another person)
No mechanical, photocopied, computer-generated or machine-written entries will be accepted
Each postcard must be submitted individually (no bulk mailings)

All entries submitted become the sole property of Noolabs Trading Limited and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or damaged mailed entries.

Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. Any attempt to circumvent the entry process will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive the King Kohli Cricket Bundle, including:

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Shipping is included within the UK only. No international delivery is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries (both purchase and free) within 7 days after the closing date (or extended closing date if applicable). The winner will be notified via email and/or mobile within 7 days of selection.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Abuse, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, amend, or disqualify any entries in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, technical interference, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
If the competition is cancelled, no compensation, replacement, or refund will be issued.
Qualifying purchases cannot be refunded after the competition ends, regardless of Noobru’s standard refund policy.

8. Publicity & Data Use

By entering, all participants agree:

To be contacted by Noobru (Noolabs Trading Limited) via email or phone for promotional purposes.
To be added to Noobru’s email list (you may unsubscribe at any time).
That if selected as the winner, your first name and town/city may be used in public announcements.
That you grant the Promoter permission to use your name, photo, video content, or testimonial in marketing material, on social media, in email campaigns, or other promotional content, without further compensation.

9. Data Protection

All personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Data will only be used for competition administration and marketing by Noolabs Trading Limited. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noolabs Trading Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering the competition or accepting the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical failures or events outside its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
